Prsi refund........... very slow or is anything happening

    Hi,


    I was just wondering has anyone heard anything back from there prsi refund that was being taken care of since Jan this year,

    I sent in my details but have heard nothing, i rang their number just now and it says they are taking care of applications sent in in feb just now on a recored message, could they be that slow?

    Anyone have anymore details it would be great to hear

    Yes it would be very slow. Its not exactly a priority. I cant imagine that too many staff have been assigned to the processing of it. if the recorded message says its february, then you know when you posted yours and you know how long you will have to wait.

    mine took 9 months to come through sent it off last Oct Nov only got it back last month
