Advise on elective module brain and behaviour

    Hey, i was just wondering if anyone did this module brain and behaviour psy10060 and was wondering what they thought of it

    I head it is pretty interesting. I've added it as one of my electives but PSY places can be difficult to get into. Have a backup plan.

    Don't know I'm afraid, but it does seem to be in high demand which would suggest that its not too brutal.

    I did introduction to applied psychology and introduction to statistics (also a psychology module) and I have to say that they were way more in depth than I expected. Did pretty crap in both of them, although if you're good at maths and do a bit of work, the stats one is easy enough, but the first half is LOADS of theory and the intro to psych is loads of quite complex theory and research jargin.

    Personally, I took psych subject because I thought they would be interesting, but they were anything but and quite technical. If it's not the area you want to study, it's not enjoyable at all. That was my experience anyway.
