    Dunno if it is still the case but a pub used to sell more or less pound for pound on turnover + a bit if there was substantial buildings so it might not be too far out.

    It's probably undervalued if anything. Receivers don't give a crap about value - they just want to pay the creditors that they are appointed to protect.

    When did it go from examinership into receivership?

    Lack of a sitting tenant on the restaurant probably enhances its value to a buyer slightly, would allow them to use it as they see fit.

    You can't give away a pub these days as people can't raise finance unless privately, and very few people have that sort of money.

    It will never sell at that price, and even at half that I'd say they'd still have trouble shifting it.
