Focus all the way. Qaushqai is all squashed up inside. Surprisingly small and uncomfortable inside for a big enough car.

The Qashqai gets no praise around here but I can see why it's so popular. It has family car economy with a high seating position up out of the potholes. I've driven the Focus. Nice drive but very dull and the cabin is cheapo.
