WIFI newtwork connection removal

    Hi

    does anyone know how i can get rid of a 2nd network connection? its unsecure and ive done everything i know of.. 1. went into the wireless settings deleted it from but its still showing. 2. got ip address and went into that cisco thing into wireless and theres only 1 wifi connection showing not the one i want rid of..

    basically i was using this unsecure connection probably for years now and it was when we switched over providers they guy connecting it set it up. anyways i now use the secure one which i put the password in so its locked. but this other connection is really bugging me. i also looked at thus youtube clip where it shows when you go to regedit and delete the network cards and that still didnt work. seems like im stuck with this connection

    if anyone has any suggestions id appreciate it

    Can you tell what you PC/Laptop model and O/S?

    Router model?

    i'll have a look later on i should have all that yeah..

    its really odd as this unsecure connection is available and ive no management over it as ive deleted it for all the ways mentioned on the laptop but its still not gone..
