I think you can't buy them. The staff have them and if you cover a mare there you probably get one too.

Over on the coolmore fan page on facebook some pawn ireland crowd were selling a Montjeu and a rock of gibraltar. Wanted about 100 quid each,think the montjeu is still available

Does anybody know if it's possible to do a tour of coolmore/ballydoyle? They used to have an open day but haven't seen any mention of it in recent years.

The Coolmore open days are usually on in January before the covering starts. There were never too many Ballydoyle open days.
