    So woke up this morning, and the carto was gone bad in my J-Tank, so while i was swapping it out, i threw my arry tank on to it, pressed the button and it tasted like ****, then i noticed the silver bullet was really warm...

    BAM...melted AW IMR 18650 and a collapsed hot spring

    Put in another hot spring, and another 18650, and the same thing, but this time i saved the battery, just managed to loose another spring.

    Sorry to hear that mate.

    Same thing happened to me with the Arry tank and an Indulgence - it's the adapter that comes with the tank.
    The piece that unscrews so you can make contact with your atty connector can cause shorting when it's a little loose.

    Yeah I have a kick to use with 18490's but they were charging to so I was using just a plain ole 18650, pain in the hole as I only got this battery last week!

    Thanka for the heads up mrplop, I'll only use the Arry tank on stuff with protection now!

    Ouch. A short circuit in the tank I presume?

    On the plus side at least the hot springs did their job and your mod didn't live up to it's name.
