Anyone have one of these and care to comment??

Considering this mainly over the price!

Only thing taking me away from this offer is the fact that it's not a 10" screen!

T3 seem to rate it quite highly, number 7 on their list, which puts it ahead of the iPad 2.
Excelling where its 10.1-inch sibling faltered, the Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition is a premium product that combines a strong specs offering with a well styled, comfortable and reassuring form factor and a strong user experience.

This is easily one of, if not the best, sub 10-inch Android tablet on the market and had Motorola been able to bring this level of quality to its 10.1-inch Xoom 2 we can’t help but think the iPad might finally have had some decent competition.

Have you used a 10" screen size before?

I had a touchpad, which was about 9.7" i think. Anyway the point Im making is for me, it was too heavy for prolonged use, i.e browsing, media consumption etc.

    Smaller=lighter=better IMO

I had a touchpad briefly. It's a good bit heavier than ipads or samsung galaxy 10.1, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_tablet_computers

    Hmm.. €200 delivered from Amazon

.. both say the lack of an SD slot (although it has what looks like spacing for them?) could be an issue. One also says the build quality isn't what they'd hoped

Seems a lot for a branded product with not even an SD slot.. but I am drawn to the bigger screen :)

The base nexus 7 is dearer, has less memory and still has no SD slot

this is interesting, but the lack of drag and drop media transfer is a big downside.

I have one a few months and they are grand except for being a bit laggy while using the keyboard plus the memory is non expandable even though the bit of plastic is on the casing for a sd card.. Im looking forward to ICS which is coming soon.

Oh ya thats a great price mine cost 270 2 months ago on Ibood....

I am considering this too but I think I'd prefer a bigger screen.. Currys on ebay were selling off the 10.1 inch xoom1 for £134 but won't deliver to Ireland (and no parcel motel in Cork:() http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/motorola-xoom-1-10-1-wi-fi-tablet-134-91-ebay-currys_pcworld-1288073 Think I am going to wait until a bigger one hits the same price point or lower.

Think this can be marked as expired. I ordered one at 19.30, when it said there were 10 left. They're gone back up to £185 now.

Quite the largest impulse buy I've made in some time. Spent hours researching sub €200 tablets, then ordered this on a bargain alert whim. Can't resist a bargain:o

The 1280x800 resolution makes this seem like a fairly good tablet for video.

Am kind of sorry I didn't go for it now but am going to continue holding out for 10 inch tablet to drop nearer to this price range.
