Having trouble setting a driving test date on the RSA website

I login with my full name, date of birth and driver number on the RSA website. Then it asks me to tick whether I wish to have the confirmation sent by post or email. However, I tick 'email' and submit and then an error message returns saying that I need to enter a postal address, but there is no separate text field for it.…

I login with my full name, date of birth and driver number on the RSA website.

However, I tick 'email' and submit and then an error message returns saying that I need to enter a postal address, but there is no separate text field for it.

I tried selecting postal and entering an address in the same field, yet then another error message returns saying I need a valid email address.

Does anyone else have the same problem?
