Been using the sauna & steam room alot lately for sinus issues and back to hot yoga aswell twice a week.

Can all this sweating affect my medication absorbtion? Getting awful withdrawal symptoms and not coming off any medication?

Depends on the meds. You really need to ask your doctor (or your pharmacist) as they will know how long various meds take to absorb - as an example, I have been told 3 hours for the contraceptive pill (as in, if you vomit or have diarrhoea within 3 hours you may not have absorbed it), but a headache will be gone within 30 minutes of a solphadeine - so clearly that gets into the system faster. So check.

Not sure what you mean by withdrawal symptoms, but the sauna/steam room could be drawing out toxins in the body?
