It would at least have Arik Air seat covers and carpets fitted other than that there wouldn't be much to change except a few decals here and there before going into service.

I would guess Yes to that question. the aircraft was going to Bordeaux, maybe for cabin fittings. Then again as pointed out above, Arik Air may be happy to take it as is and just change seat headrests and cover up any decals in the cabin.
