Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all,

I'm going to be spending one year in Guyana, South America volunteering as a primary school teacher. I should be teaching 14 year olds or younger (they won't be a very high standard) English, Science, Maths and Social Science. I'll need to take textbooks with me; what does anyone recommend? Preferably ones that I could get on Kindle as my baggage allowance is minimal. Also, my knowledge of Science isn't great - C in Junior Cert. Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated.
