reconnecting well

I live in an old house with a deep well (60 feet) on the property, which was disconnected when the previous owners were connected to the mains water scheme. There is a Wellmate Pressure System attached to the well, and I'm wondering does anybody now how you would reconnect it?

I'd like to avoid being cut off during the next icy spell and save on water charges when they are introduced. Obviously, I plan on getting the water tested in the meantime.
