I'm thinking of making a purchase, does anyone know anything about diesel quads, I would have thought they would be much cheaper to run than petrol, yet they are not very common? thanks.

Diesel Quad? not sure if there availaible diesel engine would make them a very heavy machine & even more dangerous (if rolled over)...

    Why not a small tractor?

Around 4+VAT, see 08 models on DD for less than that, so I was thinking I should get a pretty fresh one at that money.
