Anyone else suffer from chronic sinusitis? Two weeks ago the doctor told me i suffered from it despite me never really noticing it. Was discovered after a brain scan. Now using salt therapy to try clear it up. Anyone use this before and has anyone felt slightly off balance from chronic sinusitis? Any tips to help clear it up?

Suffering from it really bad this summer for some reason. I think it is the humidity after taking a job in midlands, have had pains so bad I feel I have no energy and have to lie down sometimes and sometimes I do just end up falling asleep because of it in the middle of the evening.

Sudafed is good to relief congestion a bit.

    Then get one of these:

Looks and seems ridiculous but it is the best thing for instant relief that I have found.
