Hi all, I'm still working on one of the minis but for all intents and purposes it is drivable. I have removed the back seats (cushions) all the carpets and door linings, so it looks like a shell on the inside. My question is, would I fail the NCT as a result? I want to bring it up and see what else is missing on it, but…

Hi all,
I'm still working on one of the minis but for all intents and purposes it is drivable. I have removed the back seats (cushions) all the carpets and door linings, so it looks like a shell on the inside. My question is, would I fail the NCT as a result? I want to bring it up and see what else is missing on it, but there is a chance it'll pass as it stands (assuming the above doesn't affect it).
