    Sorry to reply in English, but it would take me too long to explain in Irish. I don't have a full understanding but I know that it is used instead of "go raibh" if a subject and certain verbs are coming after. It only appears to be used in the past tense, like go raibh.

    "Dúirt mé gur thit sí."

    Go raibh seems to mostly just be used with adjectives:
    "Bhí brón orm go raibh tú tinn."

    Sorry if I'm wrong. I always get rusty at Grammar after the first month of no classes.
