NCT failures how much to fix?

My 97 Honda Civic failed on Dip beam,head lamp is loose,stop lamp not working,both cv boot's frayed/cut,inner tie rod and both axle and wishbone bushes worn, so can anyone gauge what a fix would be? the car cost me 500 with a NCT so im not sure if its worth it or not:confused:
