    Probably not... ACT! 2000 has nothing to do really with ACT! by Sage, which was completely rewritten with .NET and MS SQL.

    I know someone who might have kept their copy, they have closed shop a few years ago and I don't think he's using it anymore.

    If all fails, try ebay.
