Repeating - How does it work!?

Alright so, I'm pretty sure I'll be repeating my Leaving Cert this year . But I'm really confused as to how it works! :( My Higher subjects are English, French, Geography, Biology, Business & Accounting and my Ordinary level subjects are Maths & Irish .

The course I want to do requires passes in Irish and a third language - French. I'm happy with both my French and Irish results this year, so would I be able to drop them? Like, passes in both of them are required in order for me to get my course but since I already passed them this year, would it still work for next year? Hopefully that makes sense.. !

    Thanks for any help! ♥

So just for assurance, I can do English, French, Geography, Biology, Business, Accounting & Math for the 2013 L.C and drop Irish and French because I passed them in June.. and I'll still get my course if I get the points?

Also, Is there any websites with more information about this? Thanks for the reply, Sunny! (:

thats fine so you can drop irish and french and keep English,Geography, Biology, Business, Accounting and Math maths.

However, when filling out the cao make sure you enter your exam number from this year, career guidance teachers will explain it.
