    what does this cover exactly on a car with central locking?

    Damage caused by thieves or vandals or lost keys I'd imagine, it won't cover things like faulty central locking systems or the like

    thats what i was wondering
    Would it cover the expensive keys?-as ive lost one already

    If your keys are stolen in a burglary from a house or a hotel room, then it may cover replacement locks/keys/recodeing where its not covered under house insurance or such.

    edit: generally it requires circumstances where not replacing the locks creates a high risk of the car being stolen
