    I am looking to use a bunch of parking discs that I bought for 2012. I need three hour parking - what streets offer that?

    Is there any good free parking?!

    Nope....Not with the newish discs...

    Only instructions on the back of them now....No maps..

    AFAIK no more 3-hour parking anywhere, and some stay in force until 19:00 too so watch that.
