    Can I bring a personal grooming device onboard a Ryanair flight?

    Its not Ryanair that would stop you bringing it on board.

    Prohibited items are confiscated by airport security regardless of which airline you fly with.

    In your case electric razors are not mentioned on the list of prohibited items so I reckon you'll have no problem.
