    Has anyone seen this on ITV, it's very good,he done a good piece on ferreting,he grallocked a deer and made a venison stew,cured badger meat and BBQ squirrel!
    He goes through alot of interesting stuff on what goes on in a Forrest
    I have to admit,it's very good

    squirrel meat is nice but very fatty and youd need a good few to a decent amount of meat!

    badger is eaten a lot on mainland europe guys and probably tastes nice
    they made an ointment in ukraine form its fat supposed to be very good for chest infections works like vicks
