The Google Translate quality of that Irish gives it away.

You can try ComboFix or MalwareBytes in safe mode.

If neither of those work you can remove the offending file itself by going to:
    1. C:
    2. User
    3. (Whatever your name is)
    4. Appdata (Make sure you can view hidden files & folders in Folder Options)
    5. Local

You can also find it's location by typing MSCONFIG into your search bar on the start menu, hit enter, and click the Startup tab. (if Windows XP, then its Star -> Run -> Msconfig)

The name of it will be a jumble of letters (something like xaoxo.exe) will have an address similar to C:\User\(Your Name)\Appdata\Local\sdfsdf\xaoxo.exe
