    My Daughter received her leaving cert results and after doing really well is very unsure of her course choices now.
    She was aiming towards social studies but thinks she made a mistake. As you can appreciate this is worrying her a great deal and my question is does anybody know of any decent plc courses preferably in Carlow or Athlone IT. Something that will give her an insight into what she can be happy with, and create a career from.
    She is only 17 so time is on her side.

    What end of social care is she looking to get into? She could volunteer with a organisation, that will give her a insight into the kind of work she would be doing.
