My dog is not well, she threw up yesterday morning and then later that evening, to day she tried to throw up but only got up some yellow liquid, she had a solid poo at lunch time today but just had yellow diarrhea, she is miserable..
Now she is making noises like a stomach grumble or like she is going to fart.
She has had no food since yesterday morning and is not drinking much, I dont want to call the vet if its just a bug, is there anything I can do to help her or is it just a waiting game ?

I'd ring the vet ASAP to be honest. If she's not drinking much water I'd be very worried.
It could be a tummy bug or it she could have swallowed something she shouldn't have & is in pain.
Don't wait until tomorrow, ring a vet now. If your vet doesn't provide an out of hours service then find one who does.
    Best of luck.

    No it certainly is not!

    Contact your vet ASAP

Thanks for the replies, I rang the vet and he said not to panic and give it a couple of hours as it sounds like the end of a stomach bug, since I rang the vet there has been an improvement, she has emptied a bowl of water and even took a small bit of food, she is now running around the house playing ball and looking for a chase. She is in much better form now..

Sounds like a bug to me. My dog was the same last week. Ate normally, normal poops but kept being sick and had no energy.

Took him to the vet who gave him anti-inflammatory and antibiotic shots, kept him on a chicken and fish diet, and it's only in the last few days he's been anything like his normal self.
