    It would help if you said roughly what region of Ireland you live in. Then again if you are happy to travel it may not matter.

    Depends exactly what you are looking for...Id use a good few Mid Eastern ingredients and they are easy enough to find in Cork (Mr Bells in English Mkt and a lot of Indian supermarkets).

    If you need tips on anything specific let me know

    Thanks Batigol - one of the things I'm really looking for is the Turkish
    chilli flakes known as kirmizi biber or I think aleppo. They have a different way of producing the dried chilli and it's the best I've used!
