Anybody know why Irish rail don't let you buy all your train thickets on line?
    For example, Sligo line:
You can buy Maynooth and mullingar to Dublin or Sligo, but can't buy Kilcock or Enfield to Dublin or Sligo.

Ok Kilcock has a thicket machine at the station but Enfield has nothing and you end up having to buy in Connolly when you arrive or if thicket inspector is on the train buy from him.

Just think the online purchase thing is a 1/2 arse attempt

Why would you want to buy shrubbery online?
    Go to a garden centre.

    Stupid comment!

Online purchases of train thickets is totally different, it saves time and not having to queue in mornings at the station, look for change etc.
I know if you'd a frequent user the leap card is grand.
My point was for example Enfield has no machine to buy a thicket and you can't buy online from there too
