Anyone have any opinions on this?

I'm interested in taking a punt on some frontier markets with a medium to long term view. I think there's some enormous growth potential in Africa especially, and it's a relatively unexplored market, so I believe a good fund manager could sniff out some bargains.

That seems to be the most attractive investment trust, but it is rather illiquid, so I'm open to other suggestions for funds or trusts in this area, ideally UK registered.

I don't know about the product but in general there is a negative corralation between stock returns and GDP growth as people too much too for growth. I'd imagine it will be as volatile as hell, best performing asset class one yr, the worst the next yr ect.
