    Hi,

    Im not looking to join a club but find a coach.There doesn't seem to be many around or online that are Irish based.
    im looking to run my first half marathon early next year.

    Check out Robert Denmead, he is based in Tullamore. He has coached elite and club standard athletes successfully over many years.

    He has a great CV of runners and know some people who have been trained by him he really is a very hands on coach and gives alot of feedback.

    Get used to HR monitors though as they will become your best friend under Rob
