If I have to repeat, will I have to repeat maths even though it won't count towards my points and I already passed it this year?

    No you don't.

You could just take the year out and go mad.

Then return next year and resit whatever subjects you were unhappy with.
Though be sure to balance the alcohol related madness and studying otherwise you may be unhappy once more.

You can carry over entry requirements from one LC to another, but you cannot carry over points.

Well that's good news! Thanks for clearing that up.
