    Lads i've been watching racing for years, but i have whats probably a stupid question. whats the difference between a horse changing his legs and showing a turn of foot. Is it the same thing?

    Turn of foot = accelerating

    Changing legs = changing the front leg which hits the ground first, sometimes it can allow greater momentum, but a horse doing it continually would indicate that he/she isnt happy with something, usually the ground. It looks like a little skip when they do it.
