Outfit Accessories Advice

Hi guys. Hope I am in the right thread and looking for some suggestions if there is anyone out there who could let me have the benefit of their opinion;

Am attending a special evening occasion where the age group will be from 30's upwards and I am wearing a black skeevekess below knee silk Monsoon dress, tailored but not tight, with white embroidered swirls on a slashed neck and also on the hem.

I don't do bare arms anymore and have teamed the dress with a very lovely black lace shrug/bolero with 3/4 sleeves.

I am just unsure of what colour and style of shoes ( not vertiginous heels) tights and jewelry would compliment the outfit.

I do not do fake tan and am a hater of bare legs except with day sun dresses, as do not feel it to be elegant, regardless of age.

Be eternally grateful for advice. ( Am 5.2 and 9 stone)
