    Hi,
Does anyone know if the new Library will be open and if the Smart Card that was supposed to have arrived in February be there when we return in September?

    Thanks :P

It'll be ready for everyone for registration, last I heard (June). I've been out of the loop since July 1st : D

It was the plan to roll it out as quickly as possible, using the second half of Semester two of the year gone as a test to make sure everything worked as planned — nobody wanted 2K first year students with hammy cards.

A few delays happened, as is inevitable, so now a pilot program is being run over the summer to test the cards, I compiled the volunteer list myself.

    Hope that answers your question!

:P I think my list was trimmed down. The plan was that I'd collect all the names that could theoretically do it, and then my list got trimmed down to a manageable size afterwards. It was a long, long list :/
