Planning on taking around 4 months off work and travelling around Asia.

For those you may have done this before, how much money should I bring?

    Thanks

Depends on the areas you want to travel, some are a lot more expensive like full moon on koh phangan or koh phi phi.

800 euro a month should be fine, if you could stretch to a 1000 you could do nearly everything and not have to worry about money.

If your travelling alone sometimes it can work out more expensive as you most places charge per room as oppose per person. So travelling with one other can nearly half your accomodation costs
