    Fri August 17th
    King 7, Capel St
From 9pm, til late 8 euro in

So it's a year since Jungle Boogie! burst onto the speakers in a very rowdy, not to mention ridiculously sweaty O'Byrne's bar in Dublin
Since that explosive night the Boogie! crew have travelled far and wide to the, erm ,five corners of the land pumping out the old school flavour to crowds of happy Junglists in Cork, Limerick,Galway and Belfast
And so it's back to the capital to blow out the candles and light up the dancefloor one last time.
And to celebrate alongside the Boogie! crew we have one of Jungle's finest exponents, the mighty Bizzy B

    LONDON
    Bizzy B (Brain Recs/Planet Mu

A true legend of the sound, Bizzy has consistently pumped out intricate productions throughout the years, and is undoubtedly one of the top breaks magicians of his time.
His label, Brain records, was one of the most futuristic in the early days when hardcore was becoming jungle. From 92-94 they released some of the best junglistic'ardcore there was. Classics like Darkness, Weekend, Dubplate Wars, 2 Dope ep, and artists like TDK whose TOG sublabel was a peak of amen choppage). Brain also put out the debut releases of Marc Caro (Technical Itch), Peshay and DJ Zinc (in the Swift and Zinc eps) and Slammin' Vinyl's Mike Slammer and Red Alert's first 2 releases. Bizzy also released many a classic on other labels such as Slowjam & DarkIII on Whitehouse, Stamina and Raw Dogs Relik on Suburban Base and many more.
With countless releases on all the major UK labels in the 90’s, , Bizzy B was once again in the spotlight at the turn of the millennium with his 4 releases of all new material on arguably the biggest label of the last 10 years, Planet Mu.
Recent appearances as a member of the Amen Allstars alongside fellow heavy hitters Remarc and Equinox have brought his magic to a whole new audience.
