    Hi
    My child is an Irish citizen (holder of Irish passport), but we live in other country. i would like that my child be enrolled in irish school,therefor I need a permit to enter in Ireland. will Irish consulate take into account my case by giving me stamp 4 or something in order to enter in the state?
