Hi , Im looking into this as a service to provide my clients , lease are expensive, so I m looking to provide basic lease and reduce costs to my clients and still have some form of agreement for both tenant and landlord, does anyone know if it works well and has anyone been using it.....

I think you need to be more specific as to what you mean by business in a box. It does not sound like my understanding of the term as ready to go untraded web packages.
