Bus Éireann Grievance Procedure

    Despite a bus departing early causing me to miss it and the next bus being late by half an hour, all I that could be done when I rang was to tell me that this indeed happened, when I know it did having been there at the time.

    On ringing Busáras all I was told to do was contact another Depot because that's where one of the driver's was based out of. My point was that I had a complaint with the service, not the driver, if this was not his regular route he would have no idea what time the bus was meant to leave at.

    I asked for a central complaint service, but was just told there was none despite Busáras being listed as their contact number on stops and on their facebook page. It is just incredibly frustrating to be disregarded constantly because this happens time and again and there will never be anything done over it.

    By the time I saw one trundle 'round the corner there was no point in even getting on anymore as I was told there was no point coming in. A free ticket in the post would be enough to appease me just as recognition of wrongdoing but you are just ignored constantly.
