    As one on the commenters on that Gizmodo article said, I wouldn't be too worried about that; the dosages of Triclosan that were harmful in vitro in the lab aren't going to be encountered by someone washing their hands.

    It most likely ends up in your drinking water.
    Meanwhile, the FDA has declared that there's no evidence to suggest that using antibac soaps with triclosan offer any health benefits over just washing with conventional soap and water.
    Never should have been on the market in the first place.
