I sent it off in July and havn't heard anything yet. Do I automatically get DA since my parents were getting Dolmincy Care till…

How long does it usually take for an application to get accepted? I sent it off in July and havn't heard anything yet.

Do I automatically get DA since my parents were getting Dolmincy Care till I turned 16?

If I go to collage in Derry from Donegal, will that effect my chance of getting DA?
