I need to copy and paste a pdf into a word document. Is there any way of doing this? I know its possible to copy and paste the text but when you do this its all over the place and looses structure.
    Thanks

SumatraPDF and PDF-Xchange Viewer allow you to select and copy to text. You can then paste it into your word processor, but you will loose any formatting (bold, italics) and you won't have proper line breaks. You will have to do proofing and manual error correction.

(Of course, this doesn't work with scanned PDFs. But that goes for all PDF-to-Whatever converters.)

Do you want to copy the text in an editable format or just a section of a PDF for reference, a passage or a graphic etc. If this is what you want then simply use the snipping tool in Windows to cut out the section that you want and past it into the word doc.
