We are two quiet and respectable girls. Both are in third year. I attend Trinity College Dublin, studying Biochemistry, and my friend is studying at DIT. We would both be able to provide previous employer and landlord references.

As we are at college, we will require a 9month lease, starting September 1st until May 31st. Our budget is in the range of €600-700/month.
