    Hey...
    Ive recently joined a gym and i want to improve my speed. Anyone have any ideas? (I have a decent knowledge of gym equipment, i just want to see how other people do it).

    It depends how fast you want to go. Do you want to go, say, fairly fast, or maybe really fast? If you want the latter, you'll have do something different to what you'd need to do to go fairly fast - or even at a moderate pace. You could also go slowly, or not at all.
