Satellite Receiver Help/Advice

    I have a Strong SRT 6155 Receiver and have tuned in all available FTA channels from Astra 2 AB D/E. Picture is fine on all the channels (635). There is, however, no sound apart from static. The sound is NOT muted and I cannot find the reason why I am not receiving sound if the picture is fine. Can anybody please help/advise me on what to do? Thanks.

    how do u have it connected to your tv, is it via scart? If so try gently pushing in the scart on both the back of the box and the back of the tv, if this doesnt solve it, check the lead that one pin isnt pushed in further than the others, or better still try replacing the scart lead.

    Thanks for your help. I played around with the scart lead and finally got sound. Your advice is much appreciated.
