    and paid a deposit of 200 euro,my situation has changed and I wont actually be getting car at all,this was only confirmed today because I had to send back the signed form yesterday.Am I entitled to a refund of this despoit if I cancel

    Yes but only within a certain timeframe i would image, read the policy wording

    Yes you should be but do expect an administration fee to be charged, with 123.ie it is €40 so that is your ballpark

    I think there is something in law about a cooling off period on contracts, not sure if there is a standard amount of time though
