Myself and 2 friends who go to Sligo IT (all lads 22-23, in 1st, 2nd year and 4th year) moving into house but there is nice size a room free. We are friendly and welcoming people
. Rent is 80 p/w which includes rubbish and other things. Deposit is 300.
It has tv, plenty of parking space, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine.
Doctor lived in the place for years so the house is in top notch.
It is about 15 minute walk from Sligo IT.
