Solving issues with hum

Hey I use a Fender Blender Fuzz Octaver, the old 1970's edition, it was built custom for me, not the reissue, the pedal works fine, but as you can expect with any Fuzz/octaver you'll get hum, I'm just wondering about the comparrison between the NS2 and the Behringer rip off, if there is much of a difference sorting out hum, I know the NS-2 Has a power out function but thats not a huge deal to me, since I'm scaling down my Board. Right now I use a Behringer Slow motion pedal to get rid of hum, surprisingly it works very well, but I'd rather something that got rid of hum properly. My board as of now is chained as so.

    Fender 50th anniversary MIM strat custom pickups - Boss tu-3 - cry baby - Boss Booster/feedbacker (FB-2) - Fender Blender - slow motion - digitech HyperPhase(recommend highly) - Boss Flanger (BF-3) - Behringer Vintage delay - Fender Frontman 212r

I'm looking for recommendations on sorting out hum.

my board will be shortened and replaced soon, selling the booster, flanger, delay and slow motion. will be getting EHX Flanger Hoax and either a Boss DD-6 or another pedal that can do reverse delay along with a pedal to get rid of hum
