I was hoping to sell or trade a watch I have but never wear. I don't know much about watches either so have no clue on what a reasonable selling price would be as I recieved it as a gift.

It is a Calvin Klein jeans watch with number k5711100 on the back. http://www.10keiya.com/item/45185.html
It is in very good condition and I have the box too. However it does need a Betty change. I have no idea how much that costs or where to do it???? Any estimate on what a price I should sell it at?? Thanks for your help.

"fashion" type watches don't tend to have great resale value. Having the box helps though. I'd say around 50 euro, but maybe better advice is out there, so don't take that as gospel.

Rejoice in the awareness of feeling stupid, for that’s how you end up learning new things. If you’re not aware you’re stupid, you probably are.

Might not be worth too much really. Amazon are listing several new CK watches for around the £100 - £130 mark, so 2nd hand will be lower. €50 if you have the box?

Watch collectors etc would not really be interested in CK IMO - it's a fashion brand. Nice watch etc, but not very collectible and therefore won't hold it's value terribly well.

A new battery would cost around €10 fitted. Where are you? There's a FAQ at the top of the sub-forum which may help. I would expect that most Jewellers/watch shops would change the battery for you.
